By making a reservation and/or payment with Nerawela Tour & Travel, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions stated below.All guests are required to follow the instructions provided by the Tour Guide, Cruise Director, Captain, and Crew throughout the trip to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone on board.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once:The guest’s personal information has been submitted.
The travel date has been confirmed.
The required deposit has been received.
An official booking confirmation or invoice has been issued.All bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
Payment Policy
A deposit of 30–50% of the total trip cost is required to secure the reservation.
Full payment must be completed at least 7 days prior to departure.
Bookings made within 7 days of departure require full payment upon confirmation.
Payments must be made only to the company’s official bank account.
Guests are requested to send proof of payment for verification

If the guest cancels the trip:More than 30 days before departure: 50% of the deposit may be refunded or transferred to a future booking, subject to company policy.

At least 60 minutes before departure for Phinisi Cruises.Late arrivals resulting in a missed departure shall be considered a No Show, and no refund will be provided.
